Introduction

Hello there, reader! I'm Marie, and I know nothing about Stargate SG-1. No, really, I don't.

It's kind of sad/pathetic, really. I consider myself a pretty big science fiction fan and a complete television junkie, yet I've never seen this series. I saw the movie (which, I must say, was quite good), but that's about it. In fact, I don't recall the movie very well at all.

I'm very excited to start this, though. I sit here now armed with the box set of the First Season (courtesy of the Lincoln Public Library) and am ready to watch. I'll update as often as I can. Comments and thoughts are appreciated!
